MRC Heavy-Duty Orbital Laboratory Shaker (960×600 mm, max 400 RPM)
The MRC Heavy-Duty Orbital Shaker is a robust, digitally controlled benchtop platform shaker designed for high-capacity laboratory mixing applications. With a large 960×600 mm platform and a maximum speed of 400 RPM (adjustable from 30 RPM), it accommodates a wide range of laboratory vessels — Erlenmeyer flasks (50 mL to 6 L), bottles, tubes, and microplates — with a maximum load capacity of up to 60 kg.
The unit is specifically engineered for use inside incubators, warm rooms, and climate-controlled environments, operating reliably at temperatures between 4°C and 40°C and 20–80% relative humidity. This makes it ideal for bacterial culture growth, cell suspension mixing, and other protocols requiring constant agitation at controlled temperatures. Flask holders and accessories are available separately to suit specific vessel configurations.
