NanoSight NS300 (Malvern Panalytical)
The NanoSight NS300 is a nanoparticle characterization system based on Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA). It measures the size distribution and concentration of particles in liquid suspension — typically in the 10–1000 nm range — by tracking the Brownian motion of individual particles illuminated by a laser.
It is widely used for characterizing extracellular vesicles (exosomes), viruses, liposomes, and other nanoparticles, and can detect fluorescently labeled particles for specific phenotyping.
